Come on all you creatives! Give your PM a big hug and thank them for all the hard work they do keeping us in line and most importantly allowing us to stay focused on the work we love doing.
Project managers have a tough go of it. They have to work with demanding clients, constantly pivot to new project developments, work in Excel all the time (OMG), manage budgets, timelines, scope, the list goes on and on. Many times they have limited authority to get clients and creatives to do things they don’t want to do (um, time entry?), so they have to politely scold, cajole, and even manipulate others to get the job done all with a smile on their face.
